Mobistride is for owners and fleets who want their car, bakkie or bike in front of drivers looking for Uber, Bolt, inDrive, Bro Cabs and delivery work. Listing on the Starter plan is free for up to 10 vehicles. Mobistride does not take the rental or hold the deposit — you and the driver agree that yourselves.
1. Create an owner or fleet account
You need an owner or fleet account. A driver account cannot publish listings.
Go to List your vehicle and choose sign up to list, or open sign up and pick private owner or fleet.
Already registered? Sign in and add another listing from your account.
After you sign in you land on the add-vehicle form.
2. Fill in the vehicle
Drivers see this before they contact you, so keep it accurate:
Make, model, year, type, colour, transmission and fuel
City and operating area (use address search so the map is right)
Weekly or monthly rate, and the deposit you want
Which platforms it is good for — Uber, Bolt, inDrive, Bro Cabs, delivery, courier
A short description, driver requirements (PrDP, age, experience) and any insurance, mileage or notice rules
3. Add photos
Upload up to five clear photos (about 8MB each). Outside, inside, the boot and any damage helps drivers trust the listing and cuts back-and-forth in chat.
4.Publish
Submit the form. The listing goes live for drivers to browse. If you have hit your plan cap, you will be asked to upgrade before you can add another vehicle.
What happens next
Drivers browse for free. To message you they buy a chat pass. Phone numbers stay private until you share them. You agree handover, deposit and weekly or monthly rent directly — Mobistride is not the rental counterparty.
